Donate to medical costs
Give health this Giving Tuesday by contributing to the medical care of homeless animals.
Giving Tuesday is an international day of giving that comes the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (December 3rd this year).
SAYv is a startup nonprofit organization focused on life-SAYving solutions for homeless animals. Since starting rescue operations in July of 2021, we have rescued over 1,400 animals. We are 100% foster-based and volunteer-run.
SAYv’s Giving Tuesday campaign is focused on raising money for medical costs. Medical expenses are our number one cost, which is why donations are essential.
We do our very best to go above and beyond when it comes to medical care, which can come with a hefty price tag. Even with the best of plans, surprises can happen. We spend an estimated $700+ per animal we SAYv, and surprise vet bills can add anywhere from $500 to $3,000 or more on top of that. Adoption fees only cover a fraction of these costs.
Sometimes having medical funds available means saying yes to animals that we couldn’t otherwise afford to help. As a nonprofit organization, SAYv’s ability to help animals is limited by donations received. Even if we REALLY want to help, if we don’t have enough in the bank to help, we can’t.
Every animal deserves to be healthy and find happiness. Give health this Giving Tuesday.
Monthly or one time, big or small… ANY amount helps us.
